返品・交換について
不良品の返品は商品到着後7日以内にお知らせ下さい。
・交換・返品の取扱い
商品はリサイクル品ですので些少な汚れ・シミ等による返品、返金、交換はお断りさせていただいております。
また商品の不良がなき場合は、いかなる理由(サイズ違い等)であっても返品、返金、交換はお断りさせていただいております。
商品は厳重な商品チェックの上、コンディションランクのほか、シミ・汚れ等があれば商品詳細に記載しております。
詳細をよくお読み頂き、ご了承頂いた上でご注文ください。
万が一商品に不良が発覚した場合は、商品到着後7日以内にe-mailにて info@closet-child.com へご連絡ください。
（尚、7日を過ぎますと、いかなる理由に関わらず返品はお断りさせていただいております。）
基本的にリサイクル商品の一点物となり、交換はできません。商品代金を銀行振込にてお返しさせていただきます。
・返品の際の送料
不良、誤送の場合は弊社で負担致します。（送料着払いで返品）
万が一お客様側のご事由に因る返品のある際はお客様にご負担いただきます。
・不良による返品期限
商品到着後より2日以内

Most of our items are second-hand, so please note that they may have minor stains, marks, or discoloration.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns due to customer preference. Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged or faulty, and such conditions were not described in our product listings.

immediately to discuss the matter.
Please note that we cannot accept any claims made more than seven days after the delivery date.
